Terms and conditions
The basic condition is that you have to be 18 years or older to shop with us. Invoice is only available for costumers in Sweden. For further details, please read below and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Klarna Invoice
This option is for Swedish residents only. Your invoice- and billing address must both be the same as your (nationally) registered address. And as written above you have to live in Sweden.
Shop safely and simply with Klarna invoice, you always pay after you have received your order.
You will normally receive the invoice together with your package and we offer 14 days credit and 14 days unconditional right to return your package.
If payment is late, payment fee will be added to the invoice (by the amount allowed by Swedish law, at present 50 SEK, and penalty interest of 24% + applicable reference rate).
When selecting Klarna invoice, both the billing address and shipping address must equal to your registered home address.

Online Payment
You can use Visa or Mastercard. Your purchase is handled with strong and secure encryption, access to your cards and account information is impossible. The actual purchase takes place on Paysons secure servers. Dibs is the market leader in card processing. Click here to read more about Payson.
Order Processing and Delivery
We use DHL and the Swedish Posten for all our shipments.
This means that small and flat orders will be delivered in your mailbox. Larger packages (120x50x50) will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your local postal delivery. You may need to identify yourself when you pick up your order.
Normally we process your order within 1-2 working days and deliver it within 2-5 days!
If you order from abroad we will dispatch your order only at Fridays, so your package might be delayed with up to 14 days before you receive it.
Freight costs
The freight within Sweden is always 65 SEK within Sweden, regardless of size.
If you order exceeds 800 SEK shipping is free!
Within EU the freightcost is 199 SEK, outside EU 299 SEK. The high freight cost outside EU is to cover our customs duty costs.
Outside EU swedish taxes are not paid on the webshop. Invoice is sent to you separately.
We charge 200 SEK for parcels not picked up at the line (if Klarna invoice is choosen additional fees may be added). This is to cover our shipping costs.
Return – 14 days right to return
You always have the right to return your order. The prerequisite is that you return the items ordered unopened / mint condition within 14 days after we sent your order. When you return products you are responsible for shipping costs. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packed and reach us in safe and secure condition. If a return is lost or damaged, you are responsible for the costs.
