Online Payment 0 SEK - whole world
You can use Visa or Mastercard. Your purchase is handled with strong and secure encryption, access to your cards and account information is impossible. The actual purchase takes place on Paysons secure servers. Dibs is the market leader in card processing. Click here to read more about Payson.

Order Processing and Delivery
We use DHL and Swedish Postnord for all our shipments. When your order is made and it's send with DHL, you'll receive a confirmation notice via email. When the shipment is ready for pick-up at your local service point, DHL will send you a notice via SMS. For orders with delivery address outside Sweden we use Postnord.

The addressee may need to identify him/herself at the service point, so please make sure the person receiving the shipment has a valid form of ID. (For example, it can be a problem to address your shipment directly to a child.) Make sure to provide the cellphone number for the addressee as they will receive the notice to pick up the package via SMS.

Normally we process your order within 2-3 working days with delivery within 4-7 days within Sweden. Keep in mind that delivery can take longer for shipments outside of Sweden and during the Christmas shopping season. Please, observe that if your regular servicepoint is unable to receive more packages, DHL will deliver the shipment to a different servicepoint as close to the customer as possible.

We charge 69 SEK for s/h within Sweden, regardless of the size of your package. For orders over 500 SEK, s/h is free within Sweden. Shipments to places outside of Sweden cost 449 SEK.

Delivery to a different address than yours
If you want to buy a gift and have it delivered directly to the receiver, that is fine. Remember to choose Payment by card at checkout and check the box for Other delivery address.

Do you need help tracking your order?
If we sent your order with DHL Servicepoint you'll receive a confirmation email containing a shipment number, click here and enter the number to see where your order is. You can also call us at +46 8 640 3220 (Mon-Fri 09-17) or send us an email at hej@krabat.se and we'll help you out. If we sent your order with Postnord we cannot track your order unless you asked and paid extra for that service.

Freight costs
The freight within Sweden is always 69 SEK, regardless of size. If you order exceeds 500 SEK shipping is free within Sweden!
Freight cost outside of Sweden is always 449 SEK.

Outside EU Swedish taxes are not paid on the webshop. Invoice is sent to you separately according to the rules and regulations of your country.

Not picked up deliveries
We charge 200 SEK for parcels not picked up at the line (if Klarna invoice is chosen additional fees may apply). This is to cover our shipping costs.

Return – 14 days right to return
You always have the right to return your order. The prerequisite is that you return the items ordered in mint condition within 14 days after we sent your order. For orders placed on or after Dec 1, 2019 the return policy is extended until Jan 13, 2020. When you return products you are responsible for shipping costs. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packaged and reach us in safe and secure condition. If a return is lost or damaged, you are responsible for the costs.

If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your return to one of our stores. Do observe that they cannot credit you for your item in the store - only forward it to our warehouse. Once the item arrives there, we will credit you.

Faulty items
If the item ordered is faulty when you receive it and doesn't work properly, you have the right to return it without having to pay postage. This policy does not apply to normal wear and tear, or if the item is used in a different way than intended. Always save your receipt and contact customer service via telephone +46 8 640 3220 (Mon-Fri 09-17) or email hej@krabat.se. We will send you a freight label that works within Sweden.
